things we said / a grindr love story.
a poem by Aaron Mimoso
You tell me,
Sometimes the world brings two opposite people together.
But in that moment, we were no different.
Conjoined at the waist
Your chest weighing on mine.
Crushing, me
As if we shared one heartbeat.
Racing, you
As your eyes sunk into the abyss that I call mine.
That damned feeling
When you say it's getting late
And the clock hits twelve
With my body lying agape.
You tell me,
I've never been with a boy before
But i'm not so much a boy
By the way my lips surrender to yours
By the way you make me your toy.
And your not so much handsome to me
When you want me
But I love the way you crawl back
Because it makes you feel sick
Knowing I'm the remedy.
I tell you,
I can be a girl for you.
